A (conceptual) mochi donut shop. A mochi donut is a light, fluffy, chewy glutinous donut from Japan, and it is absolutely delicious and highly addicting. I loved having them for breakfast during my travels in Tokyo and am so excited that the mochi donut trend is coming to Sydney.
